The Bedford Sour Cocktail
2 ounces Irish Whiskey
1 ounce Lemon Juice
3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
1/2 ounce Brooklyn Winery Old Vine Zinfandel
Combine whisky, lemon juice, and simple syrup and stir over ice. To finish, carefully float wine on top by pouring over the back of a spoon.
